MPOWRD Training Overview:

Our comprehensive MPOWRD training spans 6 hours and is thoughtfully divided into manageable modules, each designed to guide trainees step-by-step through the entire MPOWRD program. By the end of the training, participants are fully equipped and confident to lead and facilitate the program effectively in their own settings.

Duration:

The training program is completely online and can be taken at the speed and schedule of individual participants. The entire training totals approximately 6 hours of comprehensive instruction and practice.

  • Conflict resolution and behavioral management strategies.
  • Assessment and evaluation skills to measure program success and student progress.

Prerequisites and Requirements:

  • Facilitators should be approved by administration.
  • School counselors, psychologists, social workers, nurses, and coaches are often invested in this opportunity.
  • No prior experience in peer-led programs is required, but a commitment to enhancing student engagement and well-being is essential.

Key Components:

Certification:

  • Peer-Led Strategies: Training on how to empower students to take leadership roles within the program.
  • Outcome-Based Methodologies: Focus on measurable results to ensure the program's effectiveness in improving student engagement and well-being.
  • All material for each meeting is pre-printed and ready for use.
  • Upon approval of either the school administrator or youth system director, facilitators will complete the online training.
  • When the modules are finished, MPOWRD will need to be notified when the meetings are initiated. This will be the final step for official lifetime certification indicating capability to manage MPOWRD meetings.

MPOWRD Submission Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By submitting any content, including but not limited to artwork, poetry, or any messages of inspiration (collectively, “Submissions”) to MPOWRD, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should refrain from making any Submissions.

2. Use of Submissions

In making a Submission, you grant MPOWRD a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display the Submission in any media, including but not limited to our website, social media platforms, and advertising materials. MPOWRD reserves the right to use Submissions at its discretion without any obligation to compensate you or notify you.

3. Anonymity and Privacy

MPOWRD is committed to protecting your privacy. While we may publicly share your Submission, we will only identify the content by your age and will not publish your name or any other personal identifiers. By submitting your content, you consent to this form of anonymous presentation.

4. Content Guidelines

You agree that your Submissions will be your original work and will not violate the rights of any third parties, including copyright, trademark, privacy, and publicity rights. Submissions must not contain any content that is deemed rude, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate. MPOWRD reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject or remove any Submissions that do not adhere to these guidelines or that are otherwise objectionable.

5. No Obligation to Use

Submission of content does not guarantee that MPOWRD will use it. The decision to use any Submission is at the sole discretion of MPOWRD, and submissions that are not used will not be returned to the contributors.

6. Liability

By submitting content, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless MPOWRD and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) that arise from the use of your Submission as described in these terms.

7. Modifications to Terms

MPOWRD reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued submission of content following any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
