By submitting any content, including but not limited to artwork, poetry, or any messages of inspiration (collectively, “Submissions”) to MPOWRD, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should refrain from making any Submissions.

In making a Submission, you grant MPOWRD a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display the Submission in any media, including but not limited to our website, social media platforms, and advertising materials. MPOWRD reserves the right to use Submissions at its discretion without any obligation to compensate you or notify you.

3. Anonymity and Privacy

MPOWRD is committed to protecting your privacy. While we may publicly share your Submission, we will only identify the content by your age and will not publish your name or any other personal identifiers. By submitting your content, you consent to this form of anonymous presentation.

4. Content Guidelines

You agree that your Submissions will be your original work and will not violate the rights of any third parties, including copyright, trademark, privacy, and publicity rights. Submissions must not contain any content that is deemed rude, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate. MPOWRD reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject or remove any Submissions that do not adhere to these guidelines or that are otherwise objectionable.
